I’ve been so excited about this Wedding all summer. Not only is Adam my nephew-ish but most of my family-in-law was supposed to be there including Sandra, a sister-in-law from Calgary.
What a fabulous day!!!!!!!
Irene’s family is Polish and boy do these folks love to party. It was one of the few weddings I’ve seen where more of the older adults were up dancing than younger people. All due to the fantastic Polka Band! …OK and maybe a few drinks 🙂
The beautiful service was at St. Mary’s Church in Simcoe then off to a great private lot for photos. Tractors, hay bails … a celebrational shooter or two for the bridal party, you name it, we did it. Then off to the Hungarian Hall for dinner and the reception. It was an early start for the polka band as they played in the arriving guests. Perfect to get the mood started!
The highlight for me though, without question was the bride and groom dance. It started as most do, slow, soft, romantic music and the newlyweds clinging to each other in a glue-like fashion. BUT THEN…. the seal broke between them and they began a fantastically, choreographed rhythmic teasing of each other that wowed all in the room. First Adam…song portion #1, then Irene….song portion #2, then Adam again and finally both together once the hip-hop segment started. It really was impressive. Very well done!
Great job to both of you and your support network for putting it all together! It was such a pleasure to be able to capture all of these moments for you.
